Addy Townsend, a former NCAA Division 2 All-American at Simon Fraser in British Columbia, Canada, won the women's invitational 800 meters in 2:03.27 at the 47th Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Townsend prevailed against former Brigham Young standout Anna Camp-Bennett, who took second in 2:03.34.
